KENTRO MERIMNAS OIKOGENEIAS KAI PAIDIOU (KMOP)
KMOP, founded in 1977 in Greece, is a leading civil society organization dedicated to empowering and enhancing the well-being of individuals and communities through social support services, education, research & policy and, raising awareness on current societal challenges. Over the years, KMOP has broadened its impact to a global scale, maintaining a presence in three countries—Greece, Belgium, and North Macedonia—with permanent offices in Athens, Piraeus, Kifissia, Thessaloniki, Brussels, and Skopje.
At the heart of KMOP’s work is the commitment to tackle social challenges through evidence-based solutions that foster individual and collective prosperity. Our approach focuses on creating and implementing innovative social programs designed to build self-worth, reduce inequalities, and promote inclusive and sustainable development.
Over the last two decades, KMOP has launched more than 450 social initiatives, positively impacting over 400,000 individuals with the support of both institutional and private donors.

ASOCIATIA INITIATIVE SI PROIECTE PENTRU TINERET IMAGO MUNDI (IMAGO MUNDI)
Imago Mundi is a Romanian non-governmental organisation dedicated to empowering young people and communities through non-formal education, youth participation, international cooperation, and social innovation. Founded in 2008, the organisation designs and implements educational projects that foster personal development, active citizenship, career guidance, inclusion, and well-being.
With a multidisciplinary team that includes youth workers, educators, clinical psychologists, and psychotherapists, Imago Mundi integrates mental health, resilience, and emotional well-being into its activities, creating safe and supportive learning environments for young people. Through Erasmus+ projects, training programmes, and community initiatives, the organisation promotes social inclusion, lifelong learning, and meaningful youth engagement at local, national, and European levels.
Assembly of European Regions (AER)
The Assembly of European Regions (AER) is the largest independent network of regions in wider Europe, gathering regions from 30 countries – from Norway to Turkey and from Georgia to Portugal.
AER is present everywhere on the European continent, inside and outside the European Union.
NUORTEN AKATEMIA RY (Youth Academy)
Youth Academy is a non-profit organisation founded in 1994 by Finnish youth and sport organisations to strengthen young people’s participation in society. It promotes youth participation and inclusion in both formal and non-formal settings.
The organisation has strong expertise in bringing young people together with organisations and experts to discuss societal issues and develop solutions.
Youth Academy operates through project-based work, responding to current societal needs. Its work covers topics such as social inclusion, climate change, youth unemployment and wellbeing.
At its core, Youth Academy focuses on participatory processes and youth engagement, working with partners in Finland and internationally. It also develops materials, tools and training especially for professionals working with young people.
Youth Academy has 15 member organisations, including major Finnish youth, sport and free-time associations, and a wide national network of youth workers, schools and teachers.

Association for Support and Development Humanost is a civil society organization founded in 1998 in Skopje, North Macedonia, dedicated to improving quality of life, social inclusion, and support for vulnerable groups of citizens. Through a professional, humane, and sustainable approach, we work on the development and provision of social services, community empowerment, adult education, and the promotion of equal opportunities for all. Our mission is to create a society based on solidarity, dignity, and active support, while our vision is a modern and inclusive community in which every individual has the opportunity for a safe and dignified life. Through partnerships, projects, and direct work with beneficiaries, Humanost actively contributes to positive social change and sustainable development.

LAND IMPRESA SOCIALE SRL (LAND)
LAND Impresa Sociale is a social enterprise and agricultural organization committed to promoting ecological transition through regenerative practices, social innovation, and community-based development. Rooted in the local territory, it combines agriculture, environmental stewardship, education, and participatory processes to create sustainable models of living and production.
LAND develops European and local projects focused on regeneration, innovation, and territorial resilience, fostering collaboration between citizens, institutions, schools, researchers, and grassroots organizations. At the same time, it explores innovative approaches such as agrivoltaics, integrating renewable energy production with sustainable agriculture to support a more resilient and climate-conscious future.
